FAQ
After reviewing the pricing plans and determining what fits your needs and budget simply fill out the quick form found on the HOME page and a Vision Makers Web Master will be assigned to you and then contact you via email. VM Web Masters are very friendly and want to work 'with you'. For better communication your Web Master will speak to you "live" via instant messaging. The preferred method is with Yahoo! Messenger. MSN Messenger can also be used. Using an instant messaging program allows you to also be in "live contact" with your Web Master during your account membership as your VM Web Master will most likely have it activated for you while they are working on your web site.
Unfortunately No.  For safety reasons the VM Web Masters will not give out their telephone numbers and will not call you to discuss your site. The VM Web Masters have "lives" outside of their employment with Vision Makers and their privacy is just as valuable as yours is to us. Part of every VM Web Masters responsibility's and job requirements is to "always" respond to members emails and Instant Messages as best to their ability's and as soon as possible, and they do. Communication is the key to your successful web site being built and maintained and all VM Web Masters understand this.
Go to the PRICES page where all the site plans can be purchased and click the "Purchase this plan" button. Follow the payment prompts and enter your information. Once your payment returns a receipt to Vision Makers (usually instantly) Vision Makers will inform your Web Master. Email the VM Web Master you spoke with and tell them that you purchased a site plan. Your VM Web Master will then contact you as soon as they receive the confirmation that you purchased a plan from Vision Masters and they will start to build your personal web site and be your Official personal VM Web Master as long as your account stays active with Vision Makers.
Your web site will go through 2 stages of creation. For the first 2 weeks you get unlimited alterations/benefits.
Stage 1: The registration Process Period. This is the period in which your site domain name is being registered as .com, .org or .net type of site. These options will be available to you if available. For example if you want a site named jimscars.com your VM Web Master will send in the request to register this name. The name results will return information if a .com, .org or .net is available or not. If someone already has a jimscars.com then your options for this site title could be then limited to a jimscars.org or a jimscars.net instead. If those are not to your liking then you will need to choose a different web site domain name to register.
Stage 2: After the registration Process Period. After your domain name is registered to a .com, .org or .net your site benefits begin to take over. All benefits are explained on the PRICES page where site plan costs and benefits are listed prior to purchase.
This process takes approximately 3 days to complete. During this time your VM Web Master "will be" working on and communicating with you about your site. Your web site will be available for you to review and see periodically online under a different "temporary" domain title until your official name is available to publish your official web pages on. This allows you to see the progress that is being made to your site and helps you and the VM Web Master to "see together" how your visions will be displayed and what needs to be "moved" or "changed" around on your site. During the first 2 weeks of your membership your VM Web Master has no limits on the amount of time he spends or the amount of changes that are made on your site because during this period nothing is subtracted from your plans benefits that you purchased so try to have a good vision of your site before hand so take full advantage of this time period.
When your domain name is officially registered, so you and whom ever you tell are able to type in the official URL that takes the web browser to your site name, you don't have to worry about visitors to your site seeing any sort of "mess" as you and your VM Web Master will only publish pages to your site name that you request others to see. If a page you and your VM Web Master isn't ready to be seen then simply have them not publish it yet until it is ready. In the meantime if none or only a few pages are ready for publishing online then your site can be set-up to display a message or image stating "Thank you for visiting this site is under construction" or "This site is not yet viewable, please visit back later". Keep in mind that your web site, as almost ALL web sites you see, are always being worked on by some ones Web Master and web sites technically never are "done" as this is why their are web maintenance fees of some sort with all web hosting and developing company's and is why we give you "benefits" to your purchased plan so you can always be enhancing your site as you see fit and as time progresses so you can keep up with the times and always have your site adequately updated and looking fresh.
Your site content comes from you, the visionary, the small business owner, the home business owner, the non-profit organization owner, the local club or lodge owner, the one who has the ideas and the content but was in need of an experienced Web Master and Web Site Creation Company to assist you in making your online visions and online reality. Our experienced VM Web Masters do have "resources" that they will use to help them create your site such as graphics and borders and icons and things like that to work with. Don't expect tho that just because you want to sell candles on your site that your VM Web Master has a million different candle pictures and graphics that are available to you, Your site has your content, its as simple as that. Any offered content that is used by your VM Web Master is at the sole discretion and decision by them to supply you with such things.
Yes. Once you become a member of Web Vision Makers you will be issued an account Username and you will choose a password so you may enter the members only account page to monitor all your payment dates and benefit usage so you know exactly what your account is entitled to and what payment credits have been applied.
No. Your account is set up as a month to month membership and we hold you to no long term dedicated contracts. The Terms and Conditions is your "agreement" of membership as well as all information presented on this site and following the TAC keeps you eligible to receiving Vision Maker services for as long as you keep your membership active. If you no longer wish to hold a site with us then you can simply cancel your membership and do nothing more. Your initial registration fee to start your account that was paid prior to any site work performed for you is nonrefundable if you cancel your account. If you paid your monthly membership/maintenance fee to have a site run by Vision Makers and decide to cancel your account before your next fee is due your created site could stay viewable until the next fee's due date after that point your account and site will be made inactive and inaccessible. If you decide to reinstate your account membership and created web site with the same domain name as before then you will have to pay a re-registration fee to make this possible. All accounts not re-claimed after 30 days of the initial cancellation will no longer have any of the original web site content available and your site will have to be re-created from 'scratch'.
If you find that your web site has out grown your current plan benefits you simply inform your VM Web Master and they will send in a request to upgrade your account. You will receive an email from the Web Vision Makers Billing Department telling you of your new monthly membership/maintenance fees for the next billing cycle coming up. Your account will be upgraded and your new benefits for this upgrade will be shown in your account page for verification. Your personal VM Web Master will also be informed that you have upgraded. If you need upgraded benefits immediately to use so your VM Web Master can enhance your site right away then you can pay any remaining differences between your old plan to your new plan immediately to be eligible for this immediate usage. If not then simply wait till the next billing period and when you pay the full upgrade price your benefits then will be available. Contact the Web Vision Makers Billing Department to pay a plans fee difference for that month.
If you find that your web site has wasted benefits each month and that you can indeed save money by having a lower benefits plan then send an email message to the Web Vision Makers Billing Department and inform them of the new plan you would like to start receiving. They will make the proper adjustments to your account and your next membership/maintenance fees will be placed at the new rate price as well as your new benefits allowed. Your personal VM Web Master will be sent an email notifying them of this new plan change also. Past payments are non refundable so no plan fee differences will not be credited if you down grade your account to a lesser plan.
No. We do not make sites that are considered to be "adult oriented" as in "pornography sites". "What is" pornography is in the opinions and views of each individual and thus is a dead end debate so Vision Makers position is that no web sites that require images of nudity and or the selling of nude related images is prohibited and goes against the TAC agreement. A VM Web Master will not create any type of pornographic site.
Your personal VM Web Master will be doing scheduled work on your site between the times of:
Monday - Friday from Noon till 8PM Eastern Standard Time U.S.A.  Your personal VM Web Master does have the option to work at earlier or later hours to meet your sites needs if they feel necessary. You as the client of Vision Makers do not ever pay any extra fees or make any extra payments if your Web Master decides to work "after hours" and your VM Web Master has the additional option to decide on replying to messages delivered to them during times outside of what's listed above. This flexibility given to the Web Masters helps you as the client to gain potential "extra services" that is at no cost to you. Do not expect your VM Web Master to reply to your messages outside of the listed hours but feel free to send your VM Web Master messages at anytime that will help them in working on your site if sending messages at early or later times if more convenient for you.
What is Offered vs. What is Not Offered from the Web Vision Makers Service
There is a general list of Offered and Not Offered services placed at the top of this page. Do note that even though a service is not offered/listed that does not mean that it is not something that you can't have or use on your web site, this simply means that your personal VM Web Master is not paid to do or is not required as an employee to do such a service. We at Vision Makers are not a design company we are a personal web site "maker" for you and our clients are not paying for a personal graphics designer to do tons of highly graphical work as such services will cost the average client from the ranges of $75 and up "per hour" for custom creations pertaining to that sort of business field. Vision Makers utilizes client content to arrange and format such content for the client and manages said content to be displayed on the Internet via their own personal web site that we register and operate the creation portion of that site for them. Your Web Master will have many web layout resources as well as many pre-made graphical resources to use to help create your site but custom graphical designs made solely from "scratch" is not Vision Makers offered service. Above is not a complete list of Offered and Not Offered services but a general list so you as the client of Vision Makers has a brief understanding of what your investment into hiring your own personal VM Web Master entitles you to and your plan benefits will vary depending on which plan you select prior to opening up a members account. Graphic Design example if you are needing a logo created for your web site then Vision Makers Web Masters do not make and design those for you in graphical programs BUT they will take your already created logo and format, alter, enhance and arrange for your logo to be displayed on your web site on any page and in any way you desire, whether it be used as an image link to be clicked on to be taken to a different area of your site or to have the logo be used as a clickable button to send you an email and things such as this. VM Web Masters utilize, organize and stylize your content on your web site not make your content for your web site.

With all packages you receive our knowledge, experience and assistance to help make your visions of being online with your own personal web site an affordable reality. You control the aspects of the site with out all the worry of having to read manuals or paying large amounts of money for the computer hardware and software just to be noticed online. If you can send basic emails and attachments then with Vision Makers you can easily have an enjoyable web site that's always customized to your tastes and needs.

Vision Makers does not guarantee you that the site we created with you will give you any fame or fortune and our offered services does not guarantee or claim to be a wealth making service. By signing up with Vision MakersTM you take all risks and responsibility's generated from being on the World Wide Web. You accept all liable and legal responsibility as well as all consequences that come forth in response to your displayed content that you choose to have placed on your site. You also take full responsibility for any allegations of copyrighted material infringements that you request be posted on your site. Vision MakersTM upholds the law and if it is felt or determined that any content placed on your site is breaking any federal laws or the TAC set forth by Vision MakersTM such content will be removed with out your consent.
These are your "monthly payment choices" that you select to pay after you have a registered web site domain name and a web site that is being created by you and your VM Web Master..After 2 weeks of creation work and waiting for your chosen domain name to be finalized in the registration process you will select your monthly payment option and will select an option every month. Each Option comes with a different monthly cost and have only one difference between them other then the obvious gap in cost. Each month you will determine what's right for you each month in regards to your budget and your sites needs and when you know what that is then you will pay the appropriate Option on your monthly billing date.. For example look at the Silver Plan and note that Option 1 cost $100 per month and Option 2 cost only $50 per month. At first you may think that its a "no brainer" that of course you will choose the lower rate of only $50 but like what was said before theres that one difference other then the cost between the Options and that difference is how many web site "changes" will you receive from your VM Web Master that month if the lower monthly payment Option is chosen over the slightly higher Option 1. Lets look again at the Silver Plans Options and you'll see that by choosing Option 2 and paying the lower monthly cost of having, a personal VM Web Master daily at your service when needed, that he will only be able to "change things" on your site for you when you need them 5 times for the entire month but if you choose Option 1 for that months payment option then your personal VM Web Master will be able to make double the changes on your web site and now can do so at 10 different times during the month instead of only 5 times if you are Silver Plan member. So each month you choose your own monthly payments by choosing which Option for the upcoming month will best fit your web sites needs and what best fits your own monthly budget. This is the kind of flexability and convienence that is rare when hiring a personal Web Master to create and up keep your web site for you and keep it how you like it to be each and every month.
